Paper Homework Instructions: 

Your work must be organized and neat or it will not be graded.  Put your name and due date at the top of each assignment, and label each problem with the problem section and number.  Write down the original problem, followed by your solution.  You must show all work to receive credit, and be sure to circle your final answer(s).  If your work is done on multiple pages, they must be stapled together (use a staple specifically - no paper clips, etc.).  For word problems, you must define each variable before it is used, and answer each problem with complete sentence that includes units.  On each graph, you must label the following:  the axes, a scale on each axis, each ordered pair plotted using ordered pair notation, and the equation of the line next to its graph.
