Scholarships
and Financial Aid for Student-Athletes
Shoreline Community College's intercollegiate coaches are continually looking for
skilled student-athletes to compete at the community college level. Athletic scholarships are
available and can provide up to 65% of tuition for 15 credits
of college classes. Please contact the Shoreline
Community College coaches by email or phone for qualifications to receive
athletic aid or when tryouts for each sport will take place. You may also
fill-out the "Recruit Form" located on this website and the information will be
forwarded to the appropriate sport coach.
Other financial assistance is available and may include Pell Grants, work study, student loans,
and various federal, state and local scholarships and grants.
Student-Athletes (including those on athletic scholarships) must complete the Federal
Financial Aid packet by March 1st to allow enough time to complete their financial
aid file at Shoreline Community College. Packets can be picked up at most high
schools or contact the SCC Financial Aid Office at (206) 546-4762 for more information.
